We want you to love your Givréo. If you're not completely happy, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

Conditions

• The return request is made within 30 days of delivery.
• The product is complete (motor base, bowl, lid, spatula-spoon), clean and in good condition.
• It is returned in its original packaging, well protected for shipping.

How to return an item

1. Email us at givreo@outlook.fr with your order number. Telling us the reason is optional, but it helps us improve.
2. We'll reply within 2 business days with the return address and instructions.
3. Ship the product back within 14 days using a tracked shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
4. Once we receive and check the item, we refund you within 5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo or video. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, and you won't pay anything for the return.

Exchanges

Want the other color? Contact us and we'll arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards and items returned after 30 days, incomplete or damaged by misuse cannot be refunded.
