Free shipping on every order

Shipping is free on all orders delivered within the United States. No minimum purchase required.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. During peak periods such as Black Friday and the holiday season, delivery may take a few extra days.

Holiday orders

Want it in time for Christmas? We recommend ordering before [December 5] so your Givréo arrives before the holidays.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. If you haven't received it within 3 business days of your order, please check your spam folder, then contact us.

Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses or outside the United States at this time.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package hasn't arrived 15 business days after shipping, contact us. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and, if the package is lost, send you a free replacement or a full refund.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away: we can update it as long as the order hasn't shipped yet.

Customs and duties

All prices include any import duties. You will never be asked to pay extra fees on delivery.
